Hi loves!! Yay im backkkkkk.... im soo back in blogging mode as ever... Sorry for the MIAs... For those of you who have missed  me all these months, not to worry this time im back with more vengence... more ideas to resurrect this lil blog of mine!

We all have our inner blabbers. And some of us are not so transparent when comes to feelings or speaks of the soul. And some of us just couldnt find the right words to express or even to pen a few words.

I personally think bloggers are Daring people. Decent yet dare to Speak. Dare to explicitly type their life or event their latest life's happenings onto a webpage.

Thorns of the roses

Hi Sweets. how was your holidays..? arent we all in holiday mode these days? especially with the New year approaching and the finishing end year leaves on the agenda? haha. me too. err holidays ..not so much. But im sure im enjoying every minute of the laid-back end year routine.. and of course with sales all around us and good deals everywhere..-- whats not to like the end year? heehee

Anyways my mood pretty much ok already after a lil chaotic in my work department. Hmm.. Although i dont want to parade alot of stuff here or create a scene, somehow there's actually alot of stuff we learn after a conflict. And sometimes through admitting our flaws and mistakes; we can move on and strive to be better individuals.

Im also learning a lot about teamwork & leadership. Sometimes its not easy task as it seems. Taking charge and making sure everything & everyone functions well is a vital part being the team leader. and other times also sucks when u're the first one to be blasted at by the bigger boss. haha.

But overall, we get to shape what kind of team we want. Cos life makes from a team. No success comes from just one person. One man success is always another's support. So, in the end we gotta accept the 'hikmah" blessing behind a situation. Funny, god has its ways to make us learn something from someone through an odd situation. Point is-  are we willing to learn?

There will also be those who walked on the earth proudly, singing their praises as if they were never wrong at the first place. There are also some who admits of their past and vow to change for the good. Question is; have we all changed despite all? Is change that inevitable?

Well there goes my early morning ranting. thanks for listening/reading you guys. Hope the rest of you-s having a better week - and awesome holidays. Well. life is life. too short to waste on little petty stuff.
Sometimes its the ugly times that makes us appreciate the good times.

So, lets celebrate the rest of 2011 and embrace the coming new year. You guys all ready for your next resolution on top it all?  Here's a toast to the New year - may it be everything we ever dreamed off; may it be full of happiness & love and to top it all - may it be a beautiful success year for you and me.  Happy New Years all! Cheers! :)

A journey to my Stars

Salam all... sorry for being M.i.A lately... Err got so many things had happened to my world.

From ups and downs, to sideways & every way. hehehe I suppose life's like that - like a merry go round & rollec coasters are pretty seem normal thing. nways hows yours?
Apart from work & few of other projects - i would say they happily keep my mind occupied & boggled up at most point. I suppose; life needs passion and to have none would be a discouraging one perhaps.

So today im all about Passion & Needs. Not gona rant on definition or most things you already know.
im just gona blabble on what i think is important for me to note. heehee.

I believe each everyone of us has a purpose being here. doesn't matter, if we're destined to be a mom, successful entrepreneur, humanitarian, sportsman, happy co-worker, smart student etc etc... Each of everyone of us at heart we know what we oughta do. sometimes, its the way we are designed, we were brought to thinking on what purpose suits us best - and what reason we most inclined towards to.

Like these words of wisdom i got from these famous brilliant people:

"Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is." - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
"To live a life u love means more then just putting in time. It means 2live a life of passion significance &meaning " ~ RT Oprah
"Life is passion, without passion; is no Life at all" ~anonymous
"When we believe, anything is possible"

Haha. i guess the best part that makes our lives interesting is how we determine which path we walked onto and how we do it. Read a book of Mr Kiyosaki. He often mentioned this " Its not the Hows that determine our walks. It is the whys. when we learn the whys; automatically; we will figure out the hows & the rest is history..."

So back to life; thanks Robert for showing the way where to begin. Somehow the whys that got me here-- and will get me to wherever i wish to go.
"Captain, lets go on board" **wink..

Test of a friend

Helo wednesday! u're back again and before we know it... weekend is popping by soon :) huhu..
Its been a long week for me this week. More like deadlines & worries.. and of course challenges ...

i guess biasela life; not many share the same opinion & views like us.
Some choose to say plain No, some like to go around the bush with their many2 reasons and perhaps there are few who just simply don't care (pretend kot) or keep their plain mouth shut.
This week was among one of life lessons we all should take note in event of a conflict.
and no; i aint gona ramble & openly criticize anyone here. sory la not my kinda cup.

Well we all know friendships are 2 ways. when one party wana be friends; the other reciprocate.
One ask for coffee this time, the other asks for lunch nextime. truth is: not easy to keep doin so in our busy busy as bee lives. But again i point this out; friendship is both ways.

50 Things Everyone Should Know

I found this article from this site talking about things  we should know in our lives. I mean Self-reliance is a vital key to living a healthy, productive life.  To be self-reliant one must master a basic set of skills, more or less making them a jack of all trades.  Contrary to what you may have learned in school, a jack of all trades is far more equipped to deal with life than a specialized master of only one.
While not totally comprehensive, here is a list of 50 things everyone should know how to do. My guess if we're don't know how - better start learning em' cos never know we might need to use one of these skills someday kan. haha. Nways check out the links as well for more info. thks.
1.  Build a Fire – Fire produces heat and light, two basic necessities for living.  At some point in your life this knowledge may be vital.
2.  Operate a Computer – Fundamental computer knowledge is essential these days.  Please, help those in need.
3.  Use Google Effectively – Google knows everything.  If you’re having trouble finding something with Google, it’s you that needs help.

Fast Food Facts

Remember

  • Fast food is usually high in fat, calories, cholesterol, and sodium.
  • Fast food is any food that is quick, convenient, and often inexpensive.
  • Too much fast food can lead to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity.
What is fast food and why is it so popular?
Fast food is any food that is quick, convenient, and usually inexpensive. You can buy fast food just about anywhere that sells food and snacks. Vending machines, drive-thru restaurants, and 24 hour convenience stores are probably the most common places to find fast food. It's so popular because for under RM10.00 you can usually get a filling meal. However, fast food is inexpensive because it is usually made with cheaper ingredients such as high fat meat, refined grains, and added sugar and fats, instead of nutritious foods such as lean meats, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

Is fast food bad?
There is no such thing as a “bad” food. All foods can fit into a healthy meal plan. It's true that fast food is usually high infat, calories, cholesterol, and sodium, but eating fast food every once in a while is not going to cause you problems. If you eat too much fast food over a long period of time, though, it can lead to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity.

Is some fast food healthier than others?

Fast food - Consumer Beware

Fast-food and take-out restaurants are everywhere. According to food industry statistics, fast-food restaurants serve millions & millions of youngsters worldwide every day.

In 2003, junk food restaurants including McDonald’s, Kraft and Coca-Cola announced that health and nutrition was  high up on their agendas, in response to worldwide teens packing on the pounds. This was supposed to change  how they approach fat content, menu choices and marketing to promote healthier lifestyles. (Yahoo News, July 19, 2003)

Susuk: Charm Needles under the Skin

Embedding foreign objects into one's body seems a high price to pay for beauty and success, but many are willing to take the risk with the ancient art of "Susuk".

I found this article when i was browsing up.. somehow the whole ancient story about it seems intriguing and quite rather mysterious for those involved in this old taboo. Anyways; as we all known Susuk is haram in islam in any-way as it changes what god has given. Do readup as its good info for us all--

Ancient Malayan Talismans, Modern Medical Skepticism

Known as “charm needles”, susuk is believed to bestow the wearer with many blessings, ranging from the aesthetic to protection against minor ailments and injuries. These needles are inserted in the soft tissues of the body by bomoh, or witch doctors, using methods which have been passed down by generations.

How to Figure Out What You Want in Life

Written by Stephen Cox -

What do you want to be when you grow up? For some it may be a disturbing notion to consider that even in our late twenties, thirties and beyond we may still find ourselves asking this question of ourselves. Before I was ten years old I knew with naïve assurance what it was I wanted to do with my life. By the time I was twenty I was well established in the career I had decided on ten years before. Shortly after, life came along and swept the board clean.
If you can decide on a long-term career goal having it ahead of you can be a source of comfort and certainty that you can draw on. Knowing what you want to be when you grow up can serve as an anchor point in life. You know where you are and you know where you’re going. You know what needs to be done and have a plan for how to go about doing it.
On the other hand, indecision and uncertainty when it comes to deciding which career path to choose, which job to take or what training to pursue can become burdensome. Some may feel without a well-defined path to tread throughout their working life that they are at sea without an anchor. Simply drifting along to nowhere in particular. Achieving nothing in particular.
And that’s just what to do during work hours.

Life is incredibly complex. It is filled with infinite possibilities limited only by our creative ability and courage. Do you perhaps want a family and to buy a house? Or do you want to travel, see the world and meet all manner of different people? Both? Would you like to start a business? Or perhaps you would like to disappear into the rural hills on your own quiet little self-sufficient farm? Learn a martial art? Learn to paint and draw? Meditate every day? Write a novel?
In fact you might have an inkling that you would somehow like to do all of the above. With so many possibilities you’re going to need to…

How to fight fear

Fear is one of my favorite topics. Much of my time has been spent understanding this emotion and how I can overcome my personal fears. A sense of personal empowerment, accomplishment, and fulfillment surges with each fear I face.
The most important fact about fears that we should always bear in mind is this:Fear is not a rational response to whatever challenges stare at us in life. And it is all in our mind, within us, and not anything external to us.

17 Secrets of Happy People

"Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way." Leo Tolstoy
There are many ways for people to be unhappy, but happy people have common characteristics. That’s why a good way to be happy is to learn the common characteristics of happy people and apply them.So I studied what the great minds in history say about being happy. I went through hundreds of quotes on being happy and extracted the best lessons out of them. Not only are these lessons useful, they are also timeless in nature.
Here I’d like to share what I learned with you. Without further ado, here are
17 timeless secrets of happy people:
1. Forget the past
One of the keys to happiness is a bad memory.Rita Mae Brown
You won’t be happy if you carry the burden of the past. Did you make mistakes? Did you have terrible experiences? Whatever they are, you should let them go. There’s nothing you can do about the past, so you’d better let them go and focus your energy on the present.
2. Take responsibility for your life
The secret of Happiness is Freedom, and the secret of Freedom, Courage. Thucydides
To be happy you should have freedom and the most essential freedom is the freedom to choose. No matter how bad a situation is, you can always choose how you respond to it. People can annoy you, but it’s up to you whether or not you will resent.
But, as the quote above says, freedom takes courage. Freedom to choose requires the courage to take responsibility for your life. You shouldn’t blame someone else when something goes wrong. Take the responsibility and you have the power to choose.
3. Build relationships
Life’s truest happiness is found in friendships we make along the way. Unknown
Relationships is where we can get true happiness in life. The reason is simple: only through relationships can we love and be loved. Make relationships your top priority and you are on your way to true happiness.
