Sometimes Life is quite funny to some of us here.. most times we're always learning something new; whether new info; new knowledge and perhaps new things about ourselves and others. its funny how Life works. it is. really.

even we ourselves can find other people's character quite funny when the other side think the same about us. and perhaps there are people with these funny funny attitudes that sometimes makes us wonder what were they up to and what was behind their actions.

Hi.. with few days left to the wedding - besides running around & panicking for the upcoming big day- we're planning a HENS PARTY for the bride to be tomoro! its Audrey Hepburn style and theme would be classy & pearls. nways hope everything will goes to plan tomoro. fingers crossing....

Ola Ola.. its TUES! and time is so fastforwarding to middle of the week... haih.. another few more days and my sister gona be a MISSUS!! hehe in a way we're all so excited for her entering this new journey; another way we're all worry worry worrry (yela keje bertimbun - wedding works also building up...)

well the wedding in the works has been a hectic to all of us. cos whose family not when their fam member getting married ya.. and the B&G.. which of em not stressed out? hahaha ok we here trying to get most things done as well.. its gona be a serious a SUPER HECTIC BUSY WEEKEND. im gona be busy worst than the Queen Bee herself! hahaha

yes i got loads on my plate.. anyone care to assist??
sigh.. plus im handling the G's side hantaran trays. wish me luck in decorating them (my assistant fren had to pull out due to her fractured feet) so yes need lotsa hands here.. nways i hope everything will be ok by then.. btw need to figure out when to start kemas-ing my house ----- OMG.. im panicky now..

OMG... another 5 more days to go to the Wedding of end 2010! Time is really really zooming fast... and now we're soooooo hectic in the planning to wedding execution day. its gona be havoc & beautiful at the same time.
also i cant wait.

i pray to Allah hopefully everything goes smoothly on the big day. ok here goes....

sigh sometimes i look up and wonder if someday i will meet him again.. would love to hug & cuddle the little thing...

As a blogger person; i think its pretty normal to love jotting down events + happenings that has been going on - including events and weddings bla bla bla. My family wasnt an exception from all those either. with 14 days countdown-- we're wayyyy above normal with escalating mood-swings ; high obsessive voices, scents of fears & worries + anxieties (especially the 2b-s) and perhaps the execution of the events after months of planning & proposing...

first - im glad certain things are back to normal - which relationships tested are back amended and we're all back focusing on the bigger picture rather than the petty. im grateful to begin with that the cruella bridezilla has tonned down & finally giving me some credit. maybe we human beings just love the acknowledgment & the attention part. its soo our nature huh.

So tying loose ends are our main focus now. Apart from executing the planning; we also are putting all our hands & energies together in making it happen. the differences & the worries are pushed aside. the anxieties we overcome...together - hand in hand we'r stepping forward - hoping to make this magical day as smooth n beautiful as possible..

so despite the abnormality surrounding us -- perhaps we're just day to day dealing with em'... and taking each breath as we go along.

dengue... what? how? why?

... What happened to me this raya was that i was a suspected dengue patient. What happened was i had a long on/off fever for a week and it went quite high after i got back from my recent Raya hols with red marks surfaced on my skin. Well; that was when my GP advised me to get my blood tested since its dengue mode all around - so i did - With a negative result (Alhamd) couple of hours later... So since its dengue season  i suppose id like to share bits & pieces info about dengue to u guys. 

What is dengue fever?

Dengue fever is a disease caused by a family of viruses that are transmitted by mosquitoes. It is an acute illness of sudden onset that usually follows a benign course with symptoms such asheadache, fever, exhaustion, severe muscle and joint pain, swollen glands(lymphadenopathy), and rash. The presence (the "dengue triad") of fever,rash, and headache (and other pains) is particularly characteristic of dengue. Other signs of dengue fever include bleeding gums, severe pain behind the eyes, and red palms and soles.

Dengue (pronounced DENG-gay) strikes people with low levels of immunity. Because it is caused by one of four serotypes of virus, it is possible to get dengue fever multiple times. However, an attack of dengue produces immunity for a lifetime to that particular serotype to which the patient was exposed.

Dengue goes by other names, including "breakbone" or "dandy fever." Victims of dengue often have contortions due to the intense joint and muscle pain, hence the name breakbone fever. Slaves in the West Indies who contracted dengue were said to have dandy fever because of their postures and gait.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a more severe form of the viral illness. Manifestations include headache, fever, rash, and evidence of hemorrhage in the body. Petechiae(small red or purple blisters under the skin), bleeding in the nose or gums, black stools, or easy bruising are all possible signs of hemorrhage. This form of dengue fever can be life-threatening and can progress to the most severe form of the illness, dengue shock syndrome.

Alo alo. its wednesday already & most of my mood to work is gone. Apart from having this demam/flu; im feeling sleepy & hungry. and not forgetting the payau-ness taste i have in my throat right now.

I suppose with 2 days to go -- i thought most KL-ians wud be heading back to their hometowns. but to my surprise; roads are still packed & heavy and traffic is similarly usual except for less 5% cars than usual. and to my amusement; people are still everywhere ... in the streets. i think many people are doing last menet shopping. (err me too..)

well.. i guess most civilians wud be heading out of town starting tonite. most will start hols tomoro.-- some companies make a neccesary leave for all -- to have tomoro offs until Malaysia Day next Thurs. which means some generous co's give their employees a 10 day break. how lucky. remind me why i moved here again?

So im stuck with not much hols this time of the year. cant do much cos im working in a non-bumi  co. so basically we take hols when the bumi-s are not holidaying?... i guess im living with it - accept my reality & moving on. gotta make do what i got rite?

i hope by tomoro the roads will be empty... cos i cant wait to drive without the traffic -- its something we KL-ians looked forward too during festive seasons. till then Xx

Hello ppl dearies... yay Hari Raya is approaching near...cant believe time flies that fast-- and tup tap tup tap its almost the end of 2010... hehe

this year is quite special for me &; family hehe.. first; im raya-ing first timer with my hubs of  6 months (almost okeh) and new home to raya at too hehehhe (our newfound lovers pad..hehehheh)

then 2nd good thing is raya-ing with the in-laws for both of us. i get to be with my other fam & so is hubs. our fam gets bigger n merrier huhuuu..

3rd reason good raya this year- we got new coming family member which is sis fiance to raya with us. & of course our grdmum nyai is with us too. its a merry merry happy occasion .. hehe cant wait.

weekender post

hey websters.. how u do.. how was ur weekend? we had another super busy weekend as i had my in laws over from East Msia..

and not only we were occupied with many back & forth trips to tesco, Houz depot & having in laws - i was juggling in between sis invites stuffs & also their outdoot photoshoot! hehe

it was a very cooling sunday evening & we chose a perfect venue for our backdrop-- hehe our own backyard or front yard u call it laaa..

it was lovely & all parties were very co-operative despite they had another one in the morning. i suppose. this is for their wedding website.. hehe ...

Yay! its friday again! woot woot. so happy weekend is here again. yay more sleep time; more doing nothing time-- (err not!)

today is a full meeting day for me. Well i hope everything will turn out okays in the end. gona be busy busy bee the next couple of weeks -- err.. & not forgetting "the wedding" aiks.

Apart from all that wana share this link. Quite interesting story the author put in there. The story of Ramadhan 2010 & pictures of the muslim ppl in the Ramadhan month from all over the world - i mean the muslim countries ya... its quite breathtaking when u see the pics. its almost as if u'r there & truth to be told - there thousands words meanings from them. have a read & look aight?

Hola people. hows ur week? hope it has been a great one so far.
its September already!! yes. OMG i so cant believe its been 9 months passed 2010. time really really flies like a blink of an eye. cant believe we're heading towards the year's 4th quarter soon... this is outrageous!

haha.. well apart from mumbling the inevitable coming of month September; im more worry about other bigger things that were related to time!
