it was a fun baking class conducted by my cousin and we get to learn 3 kinds of cheese cake (the basic ones) ; which is Strawberry Cheese cake, Marble Cheese Brownie (MCB) & Cotton Cheese cake (3cs)
Truth is; it was a deliberating experience for me since im usual out-of-betty-crocker-box baker type of person. Too often i choose to bake the easy way out than actually learning how to make one. Simple story short; we finally took the opportunity to learn before Ramadhan starts. hehe
at least now i know how to make cheese cakes from scratch hehehe & btw hubby and didi loves the MCB -- gotta do one soon.. ..and so enjoy the pics below...
