Merdeka day

Yippieeeee its public holidayyyy todayyyyy wohooo... me & hubs been lazying around.. jus being plain lazy....
nyways its Merdeka day for Malaysia.. our National Independence day...
celebrating our 53rd year of independence... woot woot

ive got the monday bluuuuuuuues

Booohooo.. weekend is over...  in a blink u came &; go so fast. and now i really miss.
thank god tomoro is public holiday. phew. at least its not so bad. there's still a day to wakeup late to.. heheh

so.. how was ur weekend? hope u guys had a long weekend since the public hols on thurs (for Selangor state); for us.. its the usual 2 day holiday (hubby got 3 - lucky him). and its more of catching up on sleep, getting house things ( we went shopping at Tesco, Houz Depot & the ever Huge .. Giant at KD...) The house looks more full now... and more live-in-condition-like. hehe, im happy!!

Lastnite lak we went Lala Chong(round 4?) for dinner- a perth reunion buka puasa event after planning em' for weeks. well.. it was an interesting nite and didi managed to pass her wedding invites... and  it was more of laughters &; chit chats we so long never did when we got too busy with work &; life. ...hahaha i think we were amongst the loudest tables with lots of orders of drinks. hahahahha .. yup overall it was a fun nite and hope there's more soon. (they're hinting next raya open house at our place nex..hahahha)

its weekend again! Yay

Elo elo... yay its friday again! i loves the smell of the weekend coming near! reminds me how we can catchup on sleep and do things that keep us sane and not forgetting to not think about work & its pressures.

lucky for the selangor ppl; they have public hols today. sigh.. so lucky they got long weekend. and us whose working in kl? feels like dreading rite? haih.. nevermind... just bear with time & all we know it friday will be over soon...

dugaan ramadhan

Its wednesday afternoon and im hungry. hehe.. lastnite we forgot to set our alarms; and off we slept through the nite - i mean morning till we got up at 6 - which was too late to sahur! waaaaaaa.... terlepas sahurrrr...

well now both of us gona suffer of hungerness till end of the day. habislaaaa haha

sigh im more thirsty actually.. sigh the dugaans of ramadhan. quite challenging actually this year.

nyways past few days ive been settling my house errands. lots to do with not so much time. even took EL yesterday to make sure few things were done. alhamd. its almost all settle. phew.

Hello. Its fasting ramadhan week 2 and yes wohooo we're all stil going strong - (put it this way - offices allowed us to go back early; there's bazaar ramadhan & it has been raining in the evenings.) they say hujan is rahmat is rezeki.. so be it hehe

Yohoooo hows ur week so far? hows fasting to my fellow muslims? hows it going so far? its been good rite? mine been ok so far. missed the few days but its been ok with the raining evenings the past 3/4 days... so i presume fasting shud been smoother &;; less thirsty with the wet weather all around us.
alhamdullilah with the rain; but still jam is jam. and yes we're in kl.

Its a muuuving weekend

Hye folks. had a hectic weekend pulak. hehe. we were so occupied with moving to our new pad.. which was jusready after  3 weeks of renov.. hehehe im happy but now quite the bz bz packing, mengemas, boxing, muving &;; unpacking.. sighh... the story of a happy muuver?? ahahaha

A cheezy Affair

Alo alo.. i had a cheezey saturday last weekend.

 it was a fun baking class conducted by my cousin and we get to learn 3 kinds of cheese cake (the basic ones) ; which is Strawberry Cheese cake, Marble Cheese Brownie (MCB) & Cotton Cheese cake (3cs)

All about Menstrual Cramps....

As your body gets ready to break down the extra lining on the wall of your womb (uterus) it releases hormones called prostaglandins. These hormones trigger the muscles in your womb (uterus) to contract and push the lining out of your body through your vagina. (They're the same muscles that push a baby out of the womb during labour so they're pretty strong!) So why is it that you suffer from period pain when your friend hardly notices it? It could be because you have higher levels of prostaglandins which make the muscles in your womb (uterus) contract harder or faster. Or because the blood supply to your womb (uterus) decreases during the contractions so there's less oxygen reaching this part of your body, making the muscles cramp even more. Nobody really knows for sure - it's just one of those annoying facts of life that doesn't seem quite fair.


This article is specially to women out there who suffers Period pain aka Menstrual Cramps whenever their time of the month arrives. Like mine-- its partly from the genes and partly of our natural body attitude adjusting to the level of hormones. Nways do have a read of understanding how it came about ---
